Help! I’ve lost my password!

Dealers and Head Office Only.

Go to the My Account page, and click on the “Lost your password?” link.

  • Enter your email (the one you use with this website) and click “Reset Password”.
  • The website will then send you an email with a link you need to click on to reset your password.
  • If you don’t see the email in your inbox, look in your Junk Mail or SPAM folder.
  • When you click on this link, a new page will open where you are prompted to enter in your new password twice.
  • Remember to create a password with a combination of uppercase, lowercase, numbers and special characters (e.g.: !@#$%^&* etc.) that is at least 8 characters long.
  • If you have been successful you will be asked to log in.
How do I change my password?

Dealers & H/O Only

Go to the My Account page;

  • Click on Account Details, and enter your old password as well as your new password (twice).
  • Remember to create a password with a combination of uppercase, lowercase, numbers and special characters (e.g.: !@#$%^&* etc.) that is at least 8 characters long.
Where or how do I log in?

You log in on the My Account page, by entering your username and your password. (Dealers & H/O Only).

About Newsletters

We periodically send out emails from this website with important information, specials and new stock notifications. You are welcome to subscribe using the widget located in the footer of the website to enter your email address. If you wish not to receive these newsletters, all you need to do is click the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of the newsletter email.

Ordering

Do I need an account on this website to place an order?

Fans of Iveco are welcome to order any product available in the store; without having to create an account. That’s right – just add items to the Cart / Basket and Checkout to place your order! Dealers must log in first for special features.

Do I need to order from a specific PC or device?

No, it’s possible to order from any computer or mobile device as long as it’s connected to the internet. It’s recommended to use a trusted computer or device for security reasons, though.

How do I know what items are in my Basket?

You can check what you have in your Basket by;

1/ Visiting the Cart page

3/ If you are using a mobile device – there is a panel at the bottom with a basket and an amount showing how many items are in your basket. [image]

How do I place an order?

Here’s a step-by-step overview of the ordering process:

1/ Browse the store and find the products that you want to purchase (go to the shop page)

2/ The product you are interested in may have a variation, like a clothing or shoe size – please select your variation first. [image]

3/ If you wish to add more than one product, increase the amount by entering a new value in the text box to the left of the “Add to Basket” Button. [image]

3/ To add the product to your basket, click “Add to Basket”. You may browse further and add other products to your basket, if you are interested in purchasing more than one product, the website will remember what you have placed in your Basket until you have completed the current order. [image]

4/ When you have added everything you need to your basket, you can proceed to the “Cart” page to review your basket content.

5/ If you are satisfied with the products in your Basket, you may proceed to the “Checkout” page to complete your order.

6/ On the Checkout page you will need to complete the following to place your order:

  • Enter your billing and shipping (delivery) addresses (Tick if they are the same)
  • Double Check your order summary, order quantities, shipping method & order total
  • Select your payment method – Payfast Credit Card or Instant EFT (Public Only) / Zapper (Public Only) / On Account (Dealers & H/O Only)
  • Add your Purchase Order Number in the Notes Field (Dealers & H/O Only)
  • Accept the Terms & Conditions (bottom right of the page)
  • Click the “Place Order” button (bottom right of the page)

7/ If you chose Payfast (Public Only): You will be redirected to the PayFast Payment Gateway that will process your payment. (Please note you may also do an Instant EFT via PayFast).  You will receive and order confirmation once the payment has been received, to let you know the order has been completed. Instant EFT Payment Limit: None. Credit Card Payment Limit: R5000.00 per order maximum.

8/ If you chose On Account (Dealers & H/O Only): You will receive an order confirmation. Your order will be shipped ASAP and you will receive an invoice from Sapphire and a statement at the end of the month from Iveco Head Office. Back Order items will be shipped and billed as soon as they are in stock.

What happens when an item I order is added to a “Back Order”?

When you add a product to your basket, and there is zero stock currently available in your depot, or any depot, you will see a pop-up asking if you wish to add the item to Back Order or not. If you agree, the item will be added to your order, but will not be charged for until it is in stock. (If payment is made via Credit Card or before an Adjustment can be made to your completed order by your Client Liaison, the payment will be held as a credit). Once we receive a stock replenishment, you will be invoiced if you have not paid yet. Once payment has been received, your order will be shipped. Please note that Back Orders are filled first according to order date, with earlier orders getting preference.

Payment

Cheques deposits are not accepted

PLEASE NOTE: Due to cheque fraud, cheques are NOT accepted as payment. Any deposits made by cheque into our bank account will be subject to a mandatory 15 working day waiting period to ensure funds have cleared, before any stock will be dispatched.

How safe is it to order online?

Ordering online is very safe, provided you take some basic precautions:

1/ Keep your login credentials private, do not share your account information.

2/ Make sure you password has at least 8 characters, with a combination of uppercase, lowercase, numbers & special characters.

3/ Use a trusted PC or mobile device, avoid public computers as you cannot know for sure what malware or viruses may be installed on them that will log your key strokes and phish for your private information.

What payment options do I have?

1/ Credit Card Payment (International Dealers & General Public) via the Secure PayFast Payment Gateway (R5000,00 Payment Limit per order) (Register with PayFast)

2/ Instant EFT (General Public – South Africa Only) via Secure PayFast Payment Gateway (Register with PayFast)

3/ On Account (S.A. Dealers & H/O Only) – You will receive an Invoice with your order details and a statement at the end of the month from Iveco Head Office (Your order will be shipped immediately, depending on stock levels & order approval)

4/ Zapper (International Dealers & General Public) – Use your smartphone to pay! Download the Zapper APP to your Android, Apple or Windows smartphone to pay quickly and conveniently when you checkout from the website. Visit Zapper to download and learn more!

5/ Submit order for Quote (International Dealers Only) – Place your order. Our Client Liaison will contact you and follow up with a quote for the order and shipping (if necessary). If you have approved the quote, please pay via EFT use your Order ID as the EFT payment reference.

Shipping / Delivery / Collection

Can I pick up my order?

Dealers & Resellers (only) are welcome to pick up orders that are paid for at their nearest selected Depot (chosen during checkout).

Can I track my shipment?
How long will my delivery take?

South Africa: 3-5 Days from when payment of the order has been received in our account anywhere in South Africa.

Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Swaziland & Lesotho: 5 Days from when payment has been received; but also depending on any possible delays with Customs.

What does delivery cost?

South Africa: R85.00 ex. VAT for orders less than R1000.00 ex. VAT

Orders over R1000.00 ex. VAT are shipped for Free

Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Swaziland & Lesotho: Shipping cost will be calculated based on the size and weight of your order, with a minimum cost of R85.00 ex. VAT
