Go to the My Account page, and click on the “Lost your password?” link.
- Enter your email (the one you use with this website) and click “Reset Password”.
- The website will then send you an email with a link you need to click on to reset your password.
- If you don’t see the email in your inbox, look in your Junk Mail or SPAM folder.
- When you click on this link, a new page will open where you are prompted to enter in your new password twice.
- Remember to create a password with a combination of uppercase, lowercase, numbers and special characters (e.g.: !@#$%^&* etc.) that is at least 8 characters long.
- If you have been successful you will be asked to log in.
